Job Description: Printing Operator

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Pick 8 hours to work between those times

Location:

• Hardy Dr. & Elliot Rd. (Tempe, AZ)

Pay:

• $23/HR

General Requirements:

• Agile and Lean mindset
• Experience in the printing industry (screen printing, stenciling, rotary screen printing, roll-to-roll printing, flexographic printing, etc.)
• Experience in post-printing operations (curing, die cutting, laminating, etc.)
• Basic problem-solving skills to ensure stable operation of equipment
• Ability to stand for most of the day and lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in printing electronics (printing conductive inks, functional devices, etc.)
• 3 years of experience in the printing industry
• Understanding of equipment mechanics, ability to identify, and fix mechanical faults
• Experience working in an ISO certified facility

Skills & Knowledge:

• Printing skills & Die cutting skills
• Knowledge of inks, thinners, cleaning methods, substrates, and printing tools
• Knowledge of printing equipment and maintenance
• Strong organizational skills
• High standards of cleanliness in the workplace (5s)
• Basic math skills
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite
• Excellent documentation practices (#IND1)
